Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IDENTIFYING ABSOLUTE LASER WAVELENGTH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3692003
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of secular measuring precision, and to reduce any influence on the measuring precision due to any mechanical assembly error.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fluorescence generating means 3 for generating fluorescence 4 by absorbing only a laser beam 2 having an absolute wavelength standard, an image pickup means 5 for image picking up the fluorescence 4, an extracting means 6 for extracting the fluorescence 4 by processing a picture signal obtained by the image pickup means 5, and a decision means 7 for deciding that the laser beam 2 to be identified has the same wavelength as the absolute wavelength standard when the fluorescence generating means 3 is irradiated with the laser beam 2 to be identified, and the fluorescence 4 is extracted by the extracting means 6.
