Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by simplifying a pilot system hydraulic circuit and to improve worsening of efficiency caused by heat loss from a conventional pilot relief valve.
SOLUTION: An operation oil discharged from a pump 35 in a main hydraulic circuit 32 is also used in a pilot system hydraulic circuit 34. The main hydraulic circuit 32 supplies the operation oil discharged from the pump 35 to a hydraulic actuator 31 by controlling a direction and a flow of the operation oil discharged from the pump 35 through a pilot operated control valve 33 which operates under pilot pressure depending on a manual operation signal. The pilot system hydraulic circuit 34 takes out one portion of the operation oil discharged from the pump 35 in the main hydraulic circuit 32 by an amount required for a switching operation of the control valve 33 at the switching moment thereof through a pilot pressure reducing valve 51 as a primary pressure, and supplies to a pilot operation part of each spool 37 of the control valve 33 a controlled secondary pressure controlled depending on a manual operating signal by a solenoid proportional pressure reducing valve 54.
