Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the producing of harmless incineration ash and flying ash by removing metallic constituents in the incineration ash and the flying ash optimally, and permit the recovery of the metallic constituent with a high purity and high recovery rate while increasing the productivity of a facility and reducing a running cost.
SOLUTION: An induction heating and melting treatment device for granulated body containing metallic oxide is equipped with a sealed type hopper 2, a heat resistant pipeline 3 for supplying the granulated body from the hopper 2 into an induction heating pipe 5, the dielectric-made induction heating pipe 5 contacted with the lower end unit of the heat resistant pipeline so as to be slidable up-and-down direction, an elevation driving mechanism 5a for the induction heating pipe 5, a receiving vessel 6 for receiving the molten liquid of granulated body molten in the induction heating pipe, a cylindrical upper vacuum chamber 8 accommodating these instruments, an induction heating coil 10 surrounding the lower part of the cylindrical upper vacuum chamber 8, an electric dust collecting means at the upper part in the cylindrical upper vacuum chamber, an inclined pan 11 for relaying the molten liquid which overflows and flows down from the receiving vessel 6, a tilting mechanism 11T for the inclined pan 11, a molten liquid storage tank 12 for receiving the molten liquid flowing down from the inclined pan to store the same, and a lower vacuum chamber 16 for accommodating the inclined pan 11 as well as the molten liquid storage tank 12 and communicated with the lower end of the cylindrical upper vacuum chamber 8.
