Abstract:
To provide a method of laser beam machining and a device of laser beam machining in which members to be joined are surely joined even when a gap exists between the butted faces of the members to be joined in a laser beam welding.
The track which is irradiated with laser beam by moving the laser beam is swingingly moved while rotating two wedge plates 9, 9a, 9b, 9c or a prism which are oppositely arranged along the optical axis of the laser beam at a prescribed rotating speed in the mutually opposite directions at a prescribed relative positions which are preliminarily set with a rotary mechanism 12.
