Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically and precisely perform a work such as quantitative determination, separation, or dispensation of a liquid or an objective polymer material contained in the liquid by combining the sucking and discharging work of the liquid by a pipette with the control of a magnetic particle by the magnetic body or a filter.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid containing an objective polymer material is sucked from a vessel through chips T1-T4 inserted to the suction hole or discharge hole of a liquid suction and discharge line to transfer the liquid or the objective polymer material to an intended following treatment position. The chips T1-T4 make the sucked objective polymer material adsorbed by magnetic particles, or separate it by the filters installed to the chips T1-T4. Thus, a work such as quantitative determination, separation, fractionation, dispensation, purification, concentration, or dilution or the like of the liquid or the objective polymer material contained in the liquid, and its extracting, recovering and isolating works can be automatically and precisely performed by combining the sucking and discharging work of the liquid by a pipette with the control of magnetic particles by the magnetic body or the filter.
