Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make judgeable the kind of fluid to be measured under the situation where the fluid flows, and to make accurately judgeable the generation of pulsation in a flow rate measuring device of an ultrasonic measuring system. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an ultrasonic propagation time measuring part 100, a flow rate value operation part 200, a flow rate integration part 300, a fluid kind judging part 400, an operation setting change part 500, and a pulsation generation judgement part 600 as principal parts. The distribution pattern of a plural sets of propagation times T1, T2 measured by the ultrasonic propagation time measuring part 100 is compared with a distribution pattern preset corresponding to each kind of gas by the fluid kind judging part 400, thereby judging the kind of the gas at that time. The distribution pattern of the measurement results obtained by measuring the propagation time two or more times is compared with a distribution pattern preset as an assumed pattern in the case where a pulsation occurs in the gas by the pulsation generation judgement part 600, thereby accurately judging the generation of a pulsation.
