Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for monitoring a state, the method and the device allowing an accurate estimation of the remaining life of a rolling bearing.SOLUTION: The method for monitoring a state of a rolling bearing, includes the steps of: generating a feature amount vector of a first rolling bearing, the vector including the feature amount of the vibration data of the first rolling bearing; performing a mechanical learning of the feature amount vector of the first rolling bearing and the remaining life of the first rolling bearing, thereby generating a regression model to estimate the remaining life from the feature amount vector; generating a feature amount vector of a second rolling bearing, the vector including the feature amount of the vibration data of the second rolling bearing; and estimating the remaining life of the second rolling bearing from the feature amount vector of the second rolling bearing by using the regression model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
