To obtain energy by utilizing the magnetic shield effect of a superconductor.
This device, for obtaining energy by utilizing the magnetic shield effect of a superconductor, is provided with a superconductor, a conductor, a means for applying a magnetic field to at least one portion of the superconductor, and a means for applying current to at least one portion of the superconductor. While a means for applying magnetic field to the superconductor in a superconducting state applies magnetic field when at least no current is applied, current is applied to the superconductor by a means for applying current, and the current is changed, thus alternately causing transitions between the superconducting state and a normal conducting state in at least at one portion of the superconductor, applying fluctuation magnetic field which is generated by allowing the magnetic shield effect of the superconductor to fluctuate, generating a current in the conductor, and obtaining power as energy at that time.
