Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the planned operation of concrete placing operation regardless of weather by covering a concrete placing device having a ready-mixed concrete receiving hopper and turning and sliding functions with an all weather type hood facility.
CONSTITUTION: A sliding conveyor 1 with a turning trestle 2, a sliding conveyor 3 and a ready-mixed concrete receiving hopper 4 is installed on a concrete placing field A. Columns 6 are mounted at the four corners of the concrete placing field A, an air beam type self-supporting hood 5, at a central section of which a hole is formed and a stile material 7 is set up, is installed so as to cover the concrete placing field A, and the ready-mixed concrete receiving hopper 4 is exposed onto the hood 5 from the central section. Ready-mixed concrete is moved to the ready-mixed concrete receiving hopper 4 by a bucket 11 for transporting ready-mixed concrete, and transported to a specified section by the rotatable sliding conveyor 3, and concrete is placed.
