Abstract:
PURPOSE: To equalize the extents of the burden of operation by component deliveries by calculating the times required for delivering operation by delivery units of components and moving allocation so that the delivering operation times by the component deliveries are equalized.
CONSTITUTION: In a 1st process, the times T1, T2... required for the delivering operation are calculated by the delivery units W1, W2... In a 2nd process, the operation times T1, T2... calculated in the 1st process are integrated as to delivery units delivered between component deliveries to calculate the delivering operation times by the component deliveries. In a 3rd process, the allocation of the component deliveries of the delivery units W1, W2... is moved so that the delivering operation times by the component deliveries are equalized. In a 4th process, the operation times calculated in the 1st process are integrated as to the component deliveries after the allocation is moved in the 3rd process and as to the delivery units allocated to the component deliveries to calculate the delivering operation times by the component deliveries again. At this time, the 3rd and 4th processes are repeated to make the delivering operation times uniform.
