Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce adverse influences upon a machine system and to clearly design normal characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: A sliding curve Sun=0 for undershoot suppression, sliding curve Se=0 for equivalent control input control and sliding curve Sov=0 for overshoot suppression are respectively set on a position deviation-velocity phase plane and when a phase plane track under positioning enters a first area A, for example, corresponding to an acceleration command Uref designed by Uref=Kv[(Kpe- Ks)(Xref-X)-V,] the condition of Ks=0 is kept until the phase plane track enters a third area C. When the phase plane track under positioning enters a fourth area D, the condition of Ks>Kpe2/Kv is kept until the phase plane track enters a second area B.
