PURPOSE: To increase a contact area, and to couple firmly each metallic plate in a molten state by working coarsely each surface to be stuck of the metallic sheet, and thereafter, heating the surface layer part of the adhesive surface of the metallic plate to a molten state, and sticking it.
CONSTITUTION: Metallic sheets Pa, Pb are drawn out of a coil, and make to pass through between rolls 5, 6 and 7, 8 for working coarsely the surface, respectively. Thereafter, both the metallic sheets Pa, Pb are led between rolling rolls 1, 2, superposed and made to pass through. Also, just before both the metallic sheets Pa, Pb are superposed between the rolling rolls 1, 2, a laser beam B is irradiated by a laser device 9 to the respective adhesive surfaces of both the metallic sheets Pa, Pb. The whole area of the surface layer part of both the adhesive surfaces is heated simultaneously, and becomes a molten state. Accordingly, by rolling both the metallic sheets Pa, Pb by the rolls 1, 2 immediately after said state, they are stuck firmly, and a clad sheet P provided with high integrality can be formed.
