Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for separating a coating material which enable an object to be treated, in which the outer surface of a core material is coated with a coating material in the same manner as a sheet feed roller or the like, to undergo easy separation of the core material and the coating material without changing the construction of the object to be treated, which can be automated, and which rapidly treat many objects to be treated.
SOLUTION: A counter roller 16 is disposed in parallel to a cutting roller 15. A plurality of cut materials are attached to the roller 15 in the axial direction, and each of the cut material extends in the axial direction, while the plurality of cut materials are formed in the rotating direction of the roller. An engaging member 17 is fixed to a side end of a mount plate 12, which supports an axial support 14 of the roller 16. A fixing member 18 fixed to a frame base 10 is oppositely disposed so as to be spaced apart a predetermined interval from the number 17. The number 18 is connected to the number 17 through a pair of adjusting mechanism 19.
