PURPOSE: To automate separation of a product from a plate, to shorten a separation time, and to prevent the generation of burrs by exerting an impact on the plate by means of a coil to generate an impact from the one surface when coupled products are separated from each other.
CONSTITUTION: A plate W wherein products G are intercoupled through a small coupling part J is placed on work support members 25 and 27 for an X-axis and a Y-axis of a body frame 15. By moving the support members 25 and 27 in an X-axis and a Y-axis, respectively, the plate material W is set to an origin position. An impact frame 21 is then moved to the positions of separating products (G1 and G2). When, by respectively rotating the members 25 and 27 in a 180° arc, resilient members 29 are brought into an up state from a down state, the upper surface of the plate W is adhered to a coil 3 or a passive plate 11. When, with this state, the coil 3 is energized, an impact is generated on the coil 3, and the products G can be automatically and easily separated from the plate W. In which case, when the plate 11 is located between the coil 3 and the plate W, by exerting an impact on the plate 11, the impact is propagated to the plate W to separate the products G.
