PURPOSE: To provide the skew rolling method and the device being suitable for the thick wall tube to improve the piercing efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: The billet 6 is pierced with the skew rolling machine providing the piercing rolls 1L, 1R arranged by composing the cross angle γ and the skew angle β, and disk rolls 10U, 10D that the skew angle δ of the same direction with the rotating direction of the billet 6 is given at the exit side in making the disk roll shaft as the center.
