Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification device which performs the active dissolution of supercooling for the supercooled water of low degree of undercooling which is not easily solidified, at an arbitrary time and at an arbitrary place using a small-sized device and solidifies the supercooled water in a moment.
SOLUTION: In this method, the supercooled water is charged into a sealed vessel which is provided with a supercooling charging port and an air bubble mixing port, (1) air bubble groups are generated from the inside of the supercooled water by evacuating the supercooled water or (2) the air bubble groups are mixed with the supercooled water from the outside of the vessel through the air bubble mixing port by evacuating the supercooled water or (3) the air bubble groups are compressively introduced from the outside of the vessel into the supercooled water through the air bubble mixing port, thereby, the air bubble groups are mixed with the supercooled water, at the same time, the expansion, contraction, splitting, combination and extinction, etc., are repeated for the air bubble groups which are mixed with the supercooled water, thereby, the gas-liquid interface between the air bubbles and the supercooled water is violently shaken and, as a result, the supercooled water is solidified.
