PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for transporting liquid using gas all the time from a first to a second level in a form of a flow having a prescribed flow rate.

CONSTITUTION: Parts of an inflow chamber 1 and a gas chamber 3 are filled with liquid 2 and gas respectively. The liquid forms a liquid level 4 (first level), an outflow chamber 5 is filled with liquid 6, and a gas chamber 7 is filled with gas respectively, so that the liquid forms a liquid level 8 (second level). The inflow chamber 1 includes a bottom 10, an outflow chamber 5 side partition wall 11 and a cover 12. The inflow chamber 1 and the outflow chamber 5 are connected to each other by a suction tube 13 and a liquid circulating tube 14. A pressure difference between the gas chambers 3 and 7 is almost made equal to a pressure difference between the liquid levels 4 and 8 by a blower or the like, so that the liquid 6 always flows in an arrowhead 9 direction from the outflow chamber 5.
