To provide a method and device for transporting and loading the by-products from the construction to be conducted in a limited working space efficiently and at low cost.
By a loading means such as a backhoe 3, the by-products from construction generated at an underground floor are loaded in a box 2 in standby on the foundation of a vertical transport path 1V penetrating an opening formed in a slab and consisting of a pair of guide rails. The box 2 with the by-products is moved by a driving means such as a motor from the vertical transport path 1V via a horizontal transport path 1H to the ground floor where any other transporting means such as a dump truck 4 is in standby. When the box 2 is moved to the position where the dump truck 4 etc. is in standby, a door installed at the box bottom is opened mechanically and the by-products are cast off into the dump truck 4. At completion of casting-in of the by-products, the door is shut mechanically, and the box 2 is returned to the position where the backhoe 3 is in operation via the horizontal transport path 1H and the vertical transport path 1V.
