To perform the horizontal and vertical transporting operations of by-products from construction efficiently in the work to be made in a limited overhead space or in a narrow place involving much obstacles.
When the by-products from construction are loaded by a backhoe 6 onto a loading device 5, a conveyor constituting the loading device 5 is put in operation, and the by-products are cast off into the first box 2 placed on the rear body of a transport vehicle 3. At completion of loading into the first box 2, the transport vehicle 3 transports the first box 2 in the horizontal direction along the horizontal transport path 1a to the point where the first transshipment device 4 is installed. In the place of the first transshipment device 4, the transport vehicle 3 stops, and the first transshipment device 4 moves the first box 2 onto the second box 8, and the by-products in the first box 2 are cast off into the second box 8. Then the second box 8 loaded is held from the sides by two pins mounted on the vertical transport path 1b and moved via the vertical transport path 1b to the ground floor where any other transporting means such as dump truck 7 is in standby.
