Abstract:

To provide a method easily and inexpensively disassembling a heat exchanger and a new crushing apparatus enabling lage-quantity continuous treatment used therein.

The outer periphery of a metal pipe is expanded in a predetermined direction to destruct, for example, a radiation thin plate before crushing the same. A charging port 28, the crushing treatment part communicating with the charging part 28 and having a treatment space 26 provided therein and the crushing roll axially rotated in the treatment space 26 to face to a falling heat exchanger are provided to a crushing apparatus 20. A shaft member 52 extending the center of the treatment space 26 to axially rotated and a plurality of the blade parts 54 radially and longitudinally protruding from the shaft member 52 in a multistage fashion and impinging against the falling heat exchanger while revolving are provided to the crushing roll. Protruding parts are provided to the inner peripheral wall of the crushing treatment part to enhance crushing efficiency or a blowoff port 38 sending air from below and an air blow-in port 40 for recovering a thin radiation plate whirling up because of low specific gravity are provided to the crushing treatment part to perform separation and sorting at the same time.
