Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and quantitatively discharge a pyrolysis residue discharged from the outlet chamber to the subsegment cooling conveyor and sorting device without leaking inert gas in waste pyrolysis melting treatment.
SOLUTION: In this discharging method, between an outlet chamber 3 for separating pyrolysis gas G and a pyrolysis residue D and a sorting device 4 for sorting the pyrolysis residue D, a first vibrating feeder 5,a vibrating screen 6, a cooling conveyor 7, a bucket conveyor 8, and a second vibrating feeder 9 are arranged. And the pyrolysis residue D from the outlet chamber 3 is stored in the first vibrating feeder 5, and while it is subjected to material seal, it is quantitatively discharged from the first vibrating feeder 5 to the vibrating screen 6. Next, after wires or the like in the pyrolysis residue D are sorted and removed by the vibrating screen 6, the pyrolysis residue D is cooled in an inert gas atmosphere in the cooling conveyor 7. After that, the pyrolysis residue D discharged to the second vibrating feeder 9 by a bucket conveyor 8 is stored in the second vibrating feeder 9, and while it is subjected to material seal it is quantitatively discharged from the second vibrating feeder 9 to the sorting device 4.
