Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prompt the effective utilization of ID of a caller in telemarketing by sending ID of the caller by control by a user himself or herself corresponding to the utilizing form of the user.
CONSTITUTION: In a communication network 105 consisting of plural switchboards 107 and 108, plural terminals 102 and 104 housed in the switchboards, and a service control node 106 controlling the switchboards, ID of the caller is informed to the call incoming terminal 104 after confirming the call originating terminal 102, based on a request from the call originating terminal 102 or the call incoming terminal 104 in the state of communication.
