Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing/reducing method of a metallic tube on which thickness deviation is not generated.
SOLUTION: The positioning of a floating plug 2 in the metallic tube 1 is executed by forming the outside diameter reducing part on the metallic tube 1 and, based on the positioning, the inside diameter of a aligning hole 11a of a guide die 11 is set to a size which is equal to or approximate to the outside diameter of the metallic tube 1. As a result, because the run-out of the floating plug 2 and metallic tube 1 introduced into a drawing die 9 are prevented, thickness deviation is not generated in the thickness t2 of the reduced metallic tube 1a.
