Title:
PRODUCTION OF LMINATE, AND LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3632481
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold excellent bonding strength without using an anchor coat agent and to prevent the lowering of bonding strength even in preservation under a high humidity condition.
SOLUTION: In a method for producing a laminate by extruding a polyethylenic resin on a base material 60 comprising a polypropylene film or the like in a molten state, the base material 60 is passed through the gap between opposed electrodes 71 and high voltage is applied across the electrodes 71 under environment filled with an atmosphere of a mixed gas based on inert gas and containing at least hydrogen to generate an atmospheric pressure plasma discharge region to treat the surface of the base material while the polyethylenic resin is melted at about 300°C to be extruded to form a film 20 which is, in turn, bonded to the base material 60 subjected to surface treatment under pressure to be laminated thereto. In this case, the bonding strength of the base material 60 and the molten extruded film 20 after two months under a high humidity atmosphere is set to 100 gf/15 mm or more.
