PURPOSE: To enable smooth running even if moving speeds of respective shuttles vary to some extent, by providing plural shuttle guide passages in many stages in circular shuttle guides and running the shuttles in mutually shifted positions in the respective stages.

CONSTITUTION: Shuttle guides 2 are annularly placed around a core material and yarn beams for feeding yarns arranged radially or in an axial direction in a three-dimensional circular woven fabric and opening devices therefor, etc., are provided on the outside thereof. Each shuttle guide 2 is provided with permanent magnets 25 and each guide passage 20 is equipped with electromagnets 26 to float and simultaneously move the shuttles 21 in the interior of the guide passages 20. The shuttles 21 in the respective stages are placed in mutually shifted positions and excitation, demagnetization and polarity changeover of the electromagnets are carried out according to the positions of the shuttles 21.
