Abstract:

To provide a method for producing Fischer Tropsch (FT) synthetic crude oil, inhibiting the reduction of cleaning efficiency in a magnetic separating process and improving the separation efficiency of the magnetic particles by decreasing the concentration of the magnetic particles contained in the FT synthetic crude oil.

This FT synthetic crude oil synthesized in a reactor 10 is provided by separating it to a solid part such as catalyst particles, etc., and a liquid part containing a liquid hydrocarbon by a liquid solid-separator 20 separately installed as a pre-treatment of a magnetic separating process, and then magnetically separating the liquid part containing the catalyst particles which are not separated by the liquid solid-separator 20, by a magnetic separating means of a high gradient magnetic separator 30 to the solid part such as the catalyst particles, etc., and the liquid part containing the liquid hydrocarbon.
