PURPOSE: To always prepare good dried SHIITAKE (a mushroom), by inputting a temp.- time program depended upon the properties of the SHIITAKE into a microcomputer and then controlling the temp. of a drying chamber on the basis of the inputted program.
CONSTITUTION: The drying of SHIITAKE is automatically controlled by dividing the total drying time of the SHIITAKE in a drying chamber into three sections of an initial period, a middle and a final period, determining a temp.- time program chart at each section, inputting various numerical values characterizing the temp.- time program charts into a microcomputer and then controlling the temp. of the drying chamber on the basis of the thus numerical values. An automatic control equipment for drying the SHIITAKE comprises a microcomputer for converting plural kinds of the temp.- time program charts into numerical formula and recording the numerical formulas, a switch for selecting a desired temp.- time program chart from the thus recorded temp.- time program charts, a display board for displaying the selected temp.- time program chart, etc.
