Abstract:
To provide a method for evaluating a thermoelastic stress measuring method capable of easily evaluating measurement results of the thermoelastic stress measuring method.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating a thermoelastic stress measuring method is intended for a numerical analysis model of an object to be measured and includes: a stress analysis step S1 of performing stress analysis using a maximum load and a minimum load of a repetitive load and calculating a temporal change in a stress distribution of the numerical analysis model; a heat flow rate calculation step S2 for calculating a heat flow rate using temporal change in a stress distribution of the numerical analysis model calculated in the stress analysis step, material characteristics of the object to be measured, and a period of the repetitive load; and a heat transfer analysis step S3 for performing heat transfer analysis using the heat flow rate calculated in the heat flow rate calculation step and calculating a temporal change in a temperature distribution of the numerical analysis model. By repeatedly executing the heat flow rate calculation step and the heat transfer analysis step for a predetermined time, temporal change in the temperature distribution of the numerical analysis model after a predetermined time has elapsed is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
