PURPOSE: To provide the subject method comprising using as a central electrode a die box of an extruding machine, and providing electrodes respectively at suitable positions of a core wire at the front and rear parts of the extruding machine to supply a current thereto, thereby to heat the core wire with good thermal efficiency and accuracy to obtain a product excellent in quality.
