To provide an analytic method enabling desired cell analysis even by using a specimen emitting feeble light unnoticeable by naked eye, giving a clear image in a short exposure time and enabling real-time analysis.
The analytic method comprises a step to prepare a specimen containing a cell introduced with a protein-encoding DNA construction in the order of the initiation codon, a signal peptide for analysis, a luminescence-relating gene, a known transmembrane domain and a termination codon from the N-terminal and placing the specimen in the field of an image-taking means, a step to contact the specimen with a stimulation substance to stimulate the specimen, and an optical processing step to perform the optical imaging of a signal generated by a reporter gene expressed by the cell responding the stimulation by the image-taking means and quantitatively determine the quantity of the signal, and the method is further provided with a step to form an analyzable image.
