Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately and rapidly provide a fixing method for adjusting an air gap regarding a method for fixing the rotor and the brake of an electric brake motor.
CONSTITUTION: The brake of an electric break motor has a flat plate 4 that can travel between a rotor 2 and a rear plate 5, and the rear plate 5 is fixed at least onto the axis of the shaft of the rotor by a repulsive operation between a magnetic field and an elastic means 6, thus the flat plate 4 and the rotor 2 are pressed directly by a tool 14 and at the same time directly pressing the rear plate 5. Here, by pressing the rotor 2, the flat plate 4 and the rear plate 5 to the shaft so that an air gap can be exclusively and automatically determined according to the shape of the tool 14 and the flat plate 4, the components can be fixed simultaneously to the shaft.
