Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of seizure at a pressure processing face by adopting a rotation roller wherein a rotation axis gradually approaches to an intersection part of a transverse face part and a vertical face part of the pressure processing face by tilting at a given angle against a core axis of a disc shape plate member. SOLUTION: A disc shape plate member is nipped by jigs 22, 23 and 24, and is held rotatable as a core axis L1 being a center at a base plate 12a. The rotation roller 21 has a transverse face part 21a and a vertical face part 21b on its outer peripheral face. They are toroidal pressure processing faces in ring shapes and are connected to each other at a circular arc part 21c. A rotary axis L2 of the roller 21 slants in a direction gradually approaching from a tip end side of the horizontal transverse face part 21a to a cross section of a vertical face 21 on the vertical line. The slanting angle is 25-65 degrees. The rotation roller 21 is forwarded in a given volume against an outer peripheral edge part of the disc shape plate so as to form a drive plate 12 by pressing the outer peripheral edge part with a pressure processing face for making a pressure deformation.
