To provide a method for forming concrete which is water-proof and is not to bring about the cracks.

The method for forming concrete comprises, in consideration of the reaction of cement and the shrinkage of the concrete at the time of setting, adding an adhesive which is water-soluble, miscible uniformly and useful for such adhesion among the aggregates as supplements the them effectively and which is combinedly a gap filling material, to thereby offset the weak point of the concrete, consequently giving a concrete having no crack and the nearly perfect water-proofness and the difficult-to-change strength, by means of the above process and a method different very little from the conventional ones.
