CONSTITUTION: When molten glass is pressed to form a stem by using a forming mold, the joint between a base die 1 an eye die 2 and that between the eye die 2 and a plunger 3 are positioned on the outer periphery of the stem. Consequently, the seam line of the stem is eliminated from the direction 1 by burner heating.
