Abstract:
To stably obtain a worked part improving both of fatigue characteristic and magnetic characteristic by applying an ultrasonic striking treatment to the worked part of a magnetic steel sheet.
The method for improving the fatigue strength and the magnetic characteristic in the worked edge part of the magnetic steel sheet, is performed as the followings, that is, the ultrasonic striking treatment is applied to the corner part of the edge surface generated with a punching work of the magnetic steel sheet and the back surface and/or the front surface in the range of the sheet thickness size or more from this edge surface.
