The license for producing Sake is qualified to applicants and manufactures. Anyone can perform a preparation of Sake and a management of aging in a licensed area when a certain condition is satisfied. This system is designed by paying attention to the point and enables an individual person concluding a reciprocal consignment contract of brewing work with the manufacturer of Sake to directly perform the brewing. The brewing is performed with a small capacity container and targets an amount capable of being consumed relatively for a short period in principle. Besides, raw materials such as a rice, a wheat and a grape produced by oneself can be used. Moreover, the management after prepared can be entrusted to a brewer and can also be performed so that the person performing the preparation visits the brewer for himself.
