To provide a method for filling a solution such as a reactive liquid easily in a vessel (well) even when there are vessels (wells) of the number exceeding 1,000 or even when the size, shape and surface state of the vessel (well) do not allow the solution to flow in the vessel (well).

A method for injecting the solution into the well of a multi-well plate composed of a substrate having a plurality of wells comprises the steps of: putting the solution on the main surface of the multi-well plate on which there is the well having the size, shape and surface state which do not allow the solution to be injected into the well even when the multi-well plate is left standing while keeping an opening of the well upward and the opening of the well is covered with the solution; and exerting centrifugal force on the well in the direction from the opening to the bottom thereof to inject the solution into the well. A method for transferring the solution from the well of one multi-well plate to the well of the other multi-well plate is also provided.
