The sintering material 2 is dispersed to the wide range in the direction of the proceeding of the palette 9 by charging the sintering material 2 on the palette 9 swinging an auxiliary shoot 5 arranged to the downward of the edge part of a charging shoot 4 up and down with the fulcrum of a swinging shaft 10. The collision energy on the charging surface of the charging material 2 is reduced, the bulk density of the sintered material layer 8 is decreased, sinterability is improved by the improved ventilation and the yield and the productivity of the sintered ore are improved.
