To provide a method for integrating an electronic device to a tire, capable of handling each tag independently, and furthermore, removing a tag from a bin or a tray during manufacturing or after manufacture to incorporate the tag in or on an acceptance member located at a separated place.
The method for placing an electronic device having a long and slender dipole antenna onto the surface of an acceptance member, comprising the steps of: arranging a holding-device 10 having at least one antenna positioning means such as a magnet (not shown) provided to adjoin an electronic device 36 so that the device 10 is adjacent to the electronic device 36; operating the antenna positioning means; moving both of antenna ends 40 and 42 by the antenna positioning means so that the ends may be incorporated at the holding-device 10; moving the holding-device 10 to a position adjacent to the surface of an acceptance member (not shown); engaging the holding-device 10 onto the surface of the acceptance member; and placing the electronic device 36 upon the surface of the acceptance member.
