Abstract:
To provide a small and highly reliable resonator which is manufactured easily, and also to provide an electronic apparatus employing it.
The present invention relates to a resonator comprising two acoustic impedance transducers T1, T2 and a piezoelectric body 20 to which acoustic impedance is applied by these two acoustic impedance transducers T1, T2, wherein at least one of the two acoustic impedance transducers T1, T2 is configured by including a dielectric body 21 of which the dielectric constant is changed by applying a DC voltage and which is disposed so as to be vertically superposed with the piezoelectric body 20, and an intermediate electrode 11 interposed between the dielectric body 21 and the piezoelectric body 20.
