Title:
METHOD AND JIG FOR ASSEMBLING AND ADHERING DRUM-TYPE CORE AND EXTERIOR CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3833641
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the dimensional variations of cores and obtain a stable pressure for a long time by retaining both cores by using the thermal expansion of a silicone rubber when a thermosetting adhesive agent is provided between an exterior core and a drum-type core to clamp them with each other elastically.
SOLUTION: A drum-type core 50 and a divided exterior core 60 provided on its circumference are pinched between a fixing piece 11 and a movable piece 15 that is opposite to the fixing piece 11 and is biased toward the fixing piece 11 by the elasticity of the silicone rubber 22, a thermosetting adhesive agent is provided between the drum-type core 50 and the divided exterior core 60, and then an ambient temperature is increased up to the curing temperature of the thermosetting adhesive agent, so that the divided exterior core 60 is pressed down to the drum-type core 50 by means of the movable piece 15 by using the thermal expansion stress of the silicone rubber 22.
