Abstract:
To provide a new method for firmly joining an aluminum-made member and copper-made member.
In a joined layer 4 joining the copper-made member (base plate 3) with the aluminum-made member (bottom plate 2-2 in a heat radiation part), particles of at least one kind of the aluminum, aluminum alloy, the copper and copper alloy are interposed. Since this joined layer 4 has excellent strength and thermal conductivity, a heat exchanger combining the aluminum member and the copper member, e.g. the one having high heat exchanging efficiency and enriched durability as heat-sink can be manufactured.
