Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easy joint between linear one-span beams via a site beam splice means and relatively easy joint between a column and a beam without requiring timbering and maintain sufficient bearing force and rigidity for the joint between the column and the beam.
SOLUTION: A precast downstairs column 1' with a column joint member 5' embedded therein for connecting a column main bar 6' to a column head 3' is built. The beam ends of a plurality of precast beams 9 are placed on the end face of the column head of the downstairs column so that a beam mainbody 10 may extend crosswise and/or lengthwise in the same horizontal plane. A beam main bar connection end 11 protruded from the opposite beam end are connected with a site beam splice means. A precast upstairs column 1 having a column joint member on the column head and a protruded column main bar connection end on the end face of a column leg is disposed above the downstairs column and the beam. A column main bar connection end 6a of the upstairs column is passed between the site splice means and the beam main bar connection end and inserted into the column joint member of the downstairs column, filling material including concrete and mortar is placed in the joint 8 encircled by the upstairs and downstairs columns and beams and the column main bar connection end of the upstairs column is fixed in the column joint member of the downstairs column.
