Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitting device which can knit a reinforced iron basket with mixed PC reinforcements and RC reinforcements in a vertical reinforcement.
SOLUTION: A vertical reinforcement receiving supplying mechanism 2 having multi-steps at the upper and the lower parts, arranged by supporting the vertical reinforcement mixed with the PC reinforcements and the RC reinforcements in the similar circle state, is arranged at the vertical reinforcement supplying side of the knitting device body 1, and an arrangement guide of the reinforcement at the inlet side and an ejecting mechanism of an inner ring at the outlet side are arranged so as to interpose an electrode ring in the knitting device body 1. In a truck 4, a main chuck for fixedly holding the PC reinforcement and an auxiliary chuck for fixedly holding the RC reinforcement are arranged, and a spiral reinforcement is wound on the outer periphery while shifting the PC reinforcement and the RC reinforcement in an axial direction to knit the iron reinforcing basket.
