Simultaneously, an expandable body 5 that can form an uneven part 51 on the outer surface, when expanded, is expanded in the hollow part 80 in the intermediate body 800, so that the shape of the uneven part is transferred to the inner face of the outer block 81. Then, the intermediate body 800 is arranged in the drying mold, then drained and dried whereby the hollow pulp mold article having an uneven shape on the inner face of the outer block equipped with the hollow part is obtained.
