Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of managing a storage space with few rearranging operations.SOLUTION: In a method of managing a storage space of thick steel plates, in a caring process of surface flaws generated in the production of the thick steel plates and when the thick steel plates received by the caring process are stacked in the storage space before the caring, a caring load code, an emergency code, a processing date difference code, and an important product code applied to each thick steel plate are converted into points, a preferential order of each thick steel plate is guided to an operator based on a total sum of the points, and a stacking location of the storage space is determined.
