Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive radiation heat release coated film having both of conductivity and radiation property, and a product thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a radiation heat release material having conductivity, including; conducting a conductive glass frit mainly containing vanadium on a metal surface and burning the same, and compositing a coated film of the glass frit on the metal surface, in which the conductive glass frit mainly containing vanadium consists of a system which is vitrified by blending a prescribed amount of phosphoric acid (PO) with vanadium oxide (VO), and a radiation heat release material having conductivity and a structure in which a radiation coated film of a conductive glass frit mainly containing vanadium is composited on the metal surface.EFFECT: There can be provided a raw material with enhanced radiation heat release property of aluminum generally used as a body of an electronic device, and a material having conductive function at same time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
