The method of manufacturing the anisotropic bond magnet includes: step S1 of preparing a first mixture composed of a first magnetic powder having a particle size of >20 μm and ≤150 μm, a thermosetting resin the addition amount in the anisotropic bond of which is <2.0 wt.%, and a first additive, and a second mixture composed of a second magnetic powder having a particle size of ≥1 mμ and ≤20 mμ and a second additive; step S2 of preparing a mixed compound composed of the first mixture and the second mixture; step S3 of filling the mixed compound to a molding tool and compression-molding the mixed compound while setting the magnetic field strength at ends of the molding tool to ≥0.8 T and the magnetic field strength at the center thereof to be higher than the magnetic field strength at the ends by 5% or more; and curing step S4 of heating the resulting compound in an inert gas or nitrogen gas atmosphere.
