Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage manufacturing method which is efficient and simple in manufacturing the cage without any troublesome works, and excellent in working efficiency, labor cost and material cost.
SOLUTION: This cage manufacturing method comprises a reinforcing panel placing process in which a reinforcing panel P is hoisted from an upper part to a panel receiving part RP provided at a place facing each other in each lower part of fixed and movable cage assembly bases 14 and 15, and a lower end of the reinforcing panel P is placed on the panel receiving part RP, a panel fixing process in which the reinforcing panel P placed on the panel receiving part RP in the reinforcing panel placing process is fixed along the cage assembly bases 14 and 15 by an attachable/detachable panel fixing unit TK, and a hoisting jig 16 for hoisting the reinforcing panel P is removed, a bar arranging process in which bars are arranged after adjusting the distance between the reinforcing panels fixed to the cage assembly bases 14 and 15 in the panel fixing process by moving the movable cage assembly base 15, and a carrying process in which a cage hoisting jig 17 is fitted to an upper end of a completed cage 10 through the processes, and the panel fixing piece TK fixing the reinforcing panel P and the cage assembly bases 14 and 15 in the panel fixing process, is removed, and carried to the other.
