Abstract:

To provide a method of manufacturing an extruded material capable of correcting uneven thickness while extruding it.

A mandrel 22 for forming the inner circumferential surface of the extruded material is supported by a plurality of legs 24a, 24b, 24c, and 24d. When extrusion molding is carried out by using an extruding die having passages 26a, 26b, 26c, and 26d for coolant formed inside the legs 24a, 24b, 24c, and 24d, the distribution state of the coolant distributed into the respective passages 26a, 26b, 26c, and 26d for the coolant is controlled and balance of cooling ability of the plurality of the legs 24a, 24b, 24c, and 24d is changed, so that the inclined state of the axis of the mandrel 22 is controlled.
